Warning!
Do you perform maintenance on your machine? Or do you perform actions other than milling? Always make sure that the plug is removed from the socket so that there is no longer any voltage on the machine and that the plug remains in your field of vision.
Take care!
Your machine will continue to work perfectly if you maintain it perfectly. We are happy to help you with a number of tips to keep your machine in optimal form.
- Do you perform maintenance on your machine? or other actions than milling? Make sure that the plug is removed and that it remains in your field of vision at all times.
- Make sure you use the right tuck point for the right surface. If used incorrectly, the tuck point will wear out much faster and could potentially damage your machine.
- Note that the ammeter reads a maximum of 11 amps. Does the ammeter read more than 11 amps? Then check the used tuck point. More than 11 amps can cause overload and damage to the machine.
- After every 10 to 12 milling jobs, remove the saw guard and coupling cover and remove dust and dirt. This prevents any problems with the coupling and the saw spindle or the toothed belt due to the accumulation of dust and dirt.
